In it's 23rd year, Literature to Life, Founded by Wynn in 1994 and now a program of Young Audiences NY, presents professionally staged verbatim adoptions of significant American literally works. This educational program gives students a new form of access to literature by bringing to life the world of books with performances that create an atmosphere of discovery and spark the imagination. Literature to Life encourages reading, writing and critical thinking. It provides a catalyst for learning and self expression for over 100,000 students nationwide.

For over 64 years, Young Audiences New York has brought innovative artistic opportunities to children and youth who would not otherwise have access to the arts . Every year, the give over 45,000 children and youth the chance to experience and create art. Young Audiences New York is proud to continue the legacy of Literature to Life, ensuring that youth have even more chances to apply the themes of these performances to their own lives, and explore who they are and what they stand for in today's world.
